Terms & Conditions – Ecomparts
By accessing, using, or placing an order through Ecomparts (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“buyer,” “customer,” “user”) agree to the following terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract under Indian law.
1 – General Disclaimer

Ecomparts reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, product offering, or policies at any time, with or without notice.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of such changes.
2 – Product Availability & Description

All products are offered strictly on an “as-is” basis, based on the latest available specifications.

Ecomparts does not guarantee product continuity, availability, or manufacturer updates.

Product images are for representation only. Actual appearance, color, or packaging may vary.
3 – Order Acceptance & Rejection

Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance.

Ecomparts reserves the sole right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order at any stage, for reasons including (but not limited to):

Stock unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Suspicion of fraud, bulk resale, or misuse

In such cases, liability is strictly limited to refund of payment, if applicable, subject to refund policy timelines.
4 – Pricing & Payment

All prices are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified, and subject to revision without notice.

Full advance payment (or pre-agreed advance) is mandatory before processing or dispatch.

Ecomparts is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or technical errors.
5 – Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timelines are generally 2–4 working days, and delivery timelines are estimated at 5–15 working days.

Delivery timelines are indicative only, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs, natural causes, or third-party logistics.

Once goods leave our warehouse, title, ownership, and risk transfer to the buyer, as per the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.
6 – Order Cancellation

Orders, once confirmed, are non-cancellable by the customer.

Exception: If an order is not processed or dispatched within 7 working days and no update is provided by Ecomparts, the customer may request cancellation.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10–12 working days, subject to compliance checks.
7 – Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are permitted only in case of:

Physical damage during transit, or

Product being non-functional on arrival

Such claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, supported by a mandatory unboxing video.

Approval of return/exchange is at the sole discretion of Ecomparts.

Products must be returned in original, unused condition, with complete packaging, labels, and accessories. Non-compliance will lead to outright rejection.
8 – Refund Policy

Refunds, once approved, are processed strictly as per internal compliance protocols, including:

Inventory & serial number audit

Quality verification

Reverse GST & statutory checks

Fraud-prevention audits

Refund timelines:

25–45 working days for returns/exchanges

10–12 working days for approved cancellations

Refunds will be credited only to the original payer’s account and payment method, in compliance with RBI guidelines.

Administrative, handling, packaging, and statutory charges may be deducted at Ecomparts’ discretion.

Refunds are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and final.
9 – Warranty & Liability

Ecomparts provides no direct warranty unless expressly mentioned on the product page.

Manufacturer warranty (if applicable) must be claimed directly by the customer through authorized service centers.

Ecomparts assumes zero liability for:

Compatibility issues

Installation damage
-
Third-party handling or courier mishandling

Product misuse or modification

10 – Account Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, login credentials, and payment details.

Ecomparts is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access, incorrect information, or user negligence.
11 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Ecomparts shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Downtime, malfunction, or third-party claims

In any case, Ecomparts’ total liability shall not exceed the invoiced value of the product in dispute.
12 – Intellectual Property

All website content, product descriptions, branding, images, and documentation are exclusive intellectual property of Ecomparts.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use will result in legal action under applicable IP laws.
13 – Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Customers expressly waive any right to participate in class actions, joint claims, or group litigation against Ecomparts.
14 – Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
