No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is received in physically damaged or non-functional condition, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof. Approval of return requests is entirely at the discretion of Ecomparts. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories; otherwise, the return will be rejected.

Ecomparts provides no direct warranty unless explicitly mentioned in the product description. Manufacturer warranties (if any) are to be claimed directly by the buyer through the respective service centers. Ecomparts assumes no responsibility for compatibility issues, misuse, damage during installation, or third-party handling.
