Equipped with an onboard 5V 3A buck converter and supporting a wide motor operating voltage range, the SmartElex 10D Smart Motor Driver for PWM & RC Dual Motor (Powered by Raspberry Pi) delivers exceptional performance across a variety of brushed DC motor applications. It efficiently handles both low-power motors and high-current motors with continuous currents up to 10A and peak currents up to 30Acapabilities that surpass standard motor drivers. Built-in current limiting and temperature control features ensure reliable and safe operation, protecting your system under all conditions.

The board incorporates most of the components of the typical applications with the minimum interface, the board is ready to Plug and Play. Simply add in power, do simple coding and this board is ready to drive a brushed motor. It also offers several enhancements such as support for both locked-antiphase and sign-magnitude PWM signals as well as using full solid-state components which result in faster response time eliminate the wear and tear of the mechanical relay and reduce the time for wiring.
