Note: All drones sold by Ecomparts are under 250g and comply with DGCA nano drone guidelines. For outdoor or commercial use, please refer to DGCA regulations and register your drone at digitalsky.dgca.gov.in.

Use of the Platform and Services

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on this Website or through the Services for any specific purpose.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
